We'll ask a few questions about your event, put together a preview within 2-3 working days, and go back and forth until it's exactly right. Most clients wrap up in 1-2 rounds of changes - though we've done as many as 5 without an extra charge.

Yes - every invitation we deliver is personalised to your wedding. Your names, dates, venue, family names, event schedule, and preferred language are all updated at no extra cost. So is the background music if you have a song in mind. If you'd like to change a major design element - layout, colour palette, illustration style - we'll discuss options and share a quote before we proceed.

Each design has a curated font set chosen to match the aesthetic and community it was built for. We don't swap fonts by default because it affects the design integrity - but if you have a specific preference, mention it when you enquire and we'll see what's possible.

Absolutely. We regularly deliver invitations in Hindi, Bengali, Marwari, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Gujarati, and more. Just send us your text in your preferred language and we'll incorporate it. Some script combinations require a design adjustment, which may carry a small additional cost - we'll flag this upfront if it applies.

Yes - around a third of our clients are based outside India, including families in the US, UK, Canada, and Kenya. We're comfortable working across time zones and currencies. For international orders, we offer pricing in USD, GBP, and CAD
