The Great Indian Studio is a brand owned and operated by T.G.I. Studio LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India. In these Terms & Conditions, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to T.G.I. Studio LLP operating under the brand name The Great Indian Studio.
By accessing or using our website www.thegreatindianstudio.com, communicating with us, or engaging our services in any manner (online or offline), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

The Great Indian Studio is a creative design and digital services studio.
We do not operate as an e-commerce company, and no physical or digital products are sold directly through this website.

All services offered by us are:

  • Quoted

  • Confirmed
    offline or through direct communication such as WhatsApp, email, phone calls, or in-person meetings.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include (but are not limited to):

  • Digital invitation design (static, animated, video)

  • Custom illustrations and artwork

  • Branding, design, and creative consulting

  • Related creative services as mutually agreed

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are decided case-by-case and confirmed before commencement of work.

Any request beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may involve extra charges and revised timelines.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to The Great Indian Studio are non-refundable.

Once a project has been confirmed and payment (partial or full) has been made:

  • No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, delays caused by the client, dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, or third-party opinions.

By engaging our services, the client explicitly agrees to this No Refund Policy.

4. Payments & Project Commencement

  • Work begins only after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment terms (advance/full/milestones) are communicated prior to starting the project.

  • Delay in payment may result in delay, pause, or cancellation of work without liability on our part.

5. Timelines & Client Responsibility

Project timelines depend heavily on:

  • Timely client responses

  • Clear and complete information

  • Prompt feedback and approvals

Delays caused due to:

  • Late responses

  • Repeated changes

  • Incomplete inputs
    will automatically extend the delivery timeline.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client.

6. Revisions & Design Limitations

  • Revisions are limited to what is mutually agreed at the start of the project.

  • Design layouts have creative and technical limitations.
    Content exceeding design capacity may be:

    • Optimised

    • Modified

    • Or rejected for quality reasons

Forcing excess content or changes beyond design feasibility will not be entertained.

7. Professional Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional working environment.

Any form of:

  • Abusive language

  • Defamatory statements

  • Threats

  • False allegations
    towards our team or brand will result in immediate termination of services, with no refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client engaging in unethical or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, drafts, and creatives remain the intellectual property of The Great Indian Studio (T.G.I. STUDIO LLP).

  • Final approved deliverables may be used by the client only for their intended purpose.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless explicitly restricted in writing.

9. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities

All content on this website is protected under Indian Copyright Laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Great Indian Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Third-party platform issues (WhatsApp, Instagram, hosting platforms, etc.)

  • Misuse of final deliverables by the client

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
