Two families. Two cultures. One invitation that bridges them beautifully.

This is a fully illustrated digital video wedding invitation crafted for Oishee (Majumdar family, Kolkata) and Rajat (Kapoor family, Baijnath, Himachal Pradesh) — a Bengali-Himachali intercultural wedding spanning Princeton Club Kolkata and Taragarh Heritage Palace, Palampur. The invitation opens with an animated Kolkata cityscape,  the iconic yellow taxi, Howrah Bridge, Victoria Memorial and transitions through a flight path map connecting Himachal Pradesh to Kolkata, before arriving in the mountains for the Himachali celebrations. The design language shifts fluidly between two visual worlds: Kalamkari peacock borders for the Bengali functions and lush Himalayan meadows with traditional Himachali folk costume illustrations for the mountain side. Every function has its own illustrated identity, the golden warmth of Gaye Holud at Princeton Club, the starlit mala badal wedding ceremony, the animated India map showing the journey between two families, a traditional Himachali couple in folk attire with a decorated goat and Himalayan temple, the grand Dhaam feast at Kapoor Residence Baijnath with nagara drummers, the glamorous reception at Taragarh Heritage Palace, and closing with "And here begins forever" - a line that earns its place.
